Context

With the Covid-19 pandemic, we have become more aware of the lack of digital skills of certain people. And introduction the telework in the lives of so many people, we have seen we still have to reformulate our lives towards digital. Whether the lack of physical means as the formation or training, the reality is that Spain is a country with a low level of digitalization. Consequently, the telematic situation has opened a digital division and the lack of digital skills that need in short term as society.

Since we are at a point of no return, what about making this jump nicer?

Research and insights

We have the problem. Now, it’s time to research and prioritize; put the user in the centre, observe and empathise.

The focus is on both the market and the users. Thus, we will be able to compare data, know what already exists and the needs that are covered. With the surveys and interviews, we will find the user’s frustrations with their own words (verbatim and insights).

To converge on the idea of the final product, we do an in/out process. At the end it led to a hybrid project!.  Two solutions :

  • Create a platform to find the most used programs for teleworking and to bring together the necessary documents for common procedures.
  • AI to help the user in the red tape (yes, we all want it)

Solutions: Wireframes and final product

Before starting to build the prototype, we must follow several processes so as not to stray from the path, define ourselves within the market, be different and define the same functional and aesthetic objective.

  • Define the information architecture that the platform will have (depth levels).
  • Stablish patterns or flows that allow the user to move fluently inside the platform.

And, before making the prototype, create wireframes that will guide us to define the number of screens we need and see a first distribution of the elements inside of them.

Landing Ges-tiona platform: home and services.

Flow user’s access to their profile: tools and programs for teleworking and a document profile for the red tape.
